Terms & Conditions we1wi – A Complete Guide to the Rights & Responsibilities of Malaysia Platform Users

By accessing the we1wi website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the date you register your we1wi account and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide we1wi, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and we1wi with respect to your use of our platform.

To register and use the we1wi platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a resident of Malaysia or a valid Malaysian citizen.
• Has the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Is not listed on any active self-exclusion programme in Malaysia.
• Not registering under the name of, or on behalf of, any other individual.
• Not currently declared bankrupt or subject to any ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.

We1wi reserves the right to request any identity verification documents — including a national ID, proof of address, or other relevant documents — to verify a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) we1wi account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all account balances without any compensation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your we1wi account password and login credentials confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that all information provided during registration and profile updates is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Reporting to the we1wi support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring that the device you use to access we1wi is free from malware or keyloggers.

We1wi will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to meet the account security responsibilities outlined above. We recommend changing your password regularly and avoiding reuse of the same password across other platforms.

All financial transactions on the we1wi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. we1wi does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit and must be under the same member's name. Processing times range from 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and your account verification status.

• Use of unauthorised third-party software to exploit or manipulate games.
• Sharing your account with another individual or selling access to your we1wi account to any third party.
• Making threats or behaving in an abusive, offensive, or intimidating manner towards we1wi staff or other members.
• Taking any action intended to damage or disrupt the operation of the we1wi platform.
• Attempting to obtain confidential information about other members without their consent.

We1wi cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in the investigation of financial fraud and cybercrime. Members suspected of involvement in illegal activities may be reported to the police or the Securities Commission of Malaysia without prior notice.

We1wi is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical disruptions beyond we1wi's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access arising from a member's own negligence in maintaining the security of their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing resulting from technical failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unsatisfactory game outcomes — as all games are based on random chance.

We1wi's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Members may close their we1wi account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Before an account closure is approved, all eligible balances will be returned to the member via their original payment method, subject to applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

We1wi reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity under investigation.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Account usage found to be inconsistent with normal user activity and showing signs of abuse.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the we1wi platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiations fail to reach a satisfactory resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Both parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this document without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
